COMPLETE...... THE SCRABBLE BOARD HAS A PLASTIC FACE w/DIVISIONS THAT HOLD YOUR LETTER IN PLACE. THE BACK OF THE BOARD HAS A THICK FELT AREA FOR EASY ROTATING OF THE BOARD. THERE ARE 100 PLASTIC LETTERS AND 16 PEGS-4 RED LETTER HOLDERS. THE BOARD MEASURES 15 1/2" x 15 1/2". THE GAME IS IN GREAT CONDITION. The board is in fair condition with some bubbles under the laminating.
