This is in for a full overhaul.

Update: Conducted a comprehensive overhaul of the machine. Disassembled it entirely, thoroughly cleaned all parts, and reassembled with attention to detail. Applied oil and grease where necessary and made precise adjustments. Welded the main ratchet lever to repair the broken spring perch. Repaired the handle and replaced missing screws. After thorough testing, the machine is now functioning perfectly as intended.
